Tourist turned involuntary resident because his brother is a dick and left him and his sister behind in an unfamiliar town. Got a super shitty job for the time being (because no one else wanted it) and tells everyone he just moved here because he's embarrassed about it. Learned about his fashion sense from musty old magazines from like the 90s but at least styles come back or whatever so no one realizes his shit's been out of date now. Absolute dogshit at making decisions for himself beyond that though, but he finds value in supporting someone else's decisions because it's all he's ever done for those who were clearly better than him and it's all he feels he could ever be good for.

the sister he got left behind with. she only recognizes the authority of their older brother so she doesn't listen to caleb much, but she would rather see him as an equal anyway.
